About ABA ToolSet
ABA ToolSet — formerly BCBA Tool Set — is a complete, mobile-first toolkit for the daily clinical work of applied behavior analysis. It combines session timing tools (interval timers, visual timers, multi-timer setups, token boards, and visual schedules) with serious data collection: behavior tallies, duration, latency, interresponse time, and interval recording. Clinicians can score procedural fidelity, run interobserver agreement sessions live or side by side, conduct systematic preference assessments, and graph and analyze client data — all in one calm interface designed for one-handed use during real sessions, with automatic session logging and exportable, audit-ready reports.
It is made for board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs), assistant behavior analysts (BCaBAs), registered behavior technicians (RBTs), graduate students, and the supervisors and organizations that train them. Continuing-education tracking is tailored for BCBA and BCaBA users, while RBTs get PDU tracking against their two-year recertification cycle. Supervisors can build trainee roadmaps, assign unrestricted fieldwork activities from a structured library, and track supervision hours across a whole team or organization.
ABA ToolSet is built by a practicing BCBA together with a small development team. Every tool started in real session work — not in a spreadsheet template — and that clinician-first perspective shapes everything from the big tap targets to the quiet, distraction-free defaults. Feedback from the behavior analysis community directly drives what gets built next.
